MERIDIAN, Idaho – The Compassus program serving Meridian and the surrounding areas today announced the promotions of Scott Dunham, Ila Lockett and Herlinda Goble. Dunham has been promoted to hospice care consultant, Lockett to business office coordinator and Goble to team coordinator.
In his role as hospice care consultant, Dunham will be responsible for the development of the hospice program through direct interaction with healthcare providers and community members. Dunham served as the program’s hospice chaplain for two years and will now be responsible for raising awareness of and expanding access to quality hospice care for those who are qualified.
“Compassus is committed to providing compassionate care to honor life and offer hope to individuals facing serious or terminal illness,” said Dunham. “I look forward to sharing the company’s patient-focused vision with the Meridian community.”
Lockett started with Compassus nine years ago as a certified nursing assistant and most recently served as a team coordinator. In her new role as business office coordinator, she will manage office operations and promote positive working relationships within the program, departments and external stakeholders.
“I am proud to work with such a supportive, dedicated and caring team of individuals,” said Lockett. “All colleagues – whether working directly with patients or supporting the program in the office – are committed to serving our patients and families with heartfelt compassion. I look forward to continuing my career as a business office coordinator.”
Goble, who joined Compassus as a certified nursing assistant in 2014, will now be responsible for managing patient admissions and discharges as a team coordinator. She will facilitate the flow of information to all members of the care team to provide effective, quality care to patients and families.
