ST. LOUIS – The Compassus hospice program serving St. Louis and the surrounding areas will host a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house on June 21 to commemorate its opening earlier this year. The ribbon cutting will be performed by the Maryland Heights Chamber of Commerce and the event is open to the public.
The program, which opened on March 1, serves patients and families in St. Louis City as well as in Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Charles, St. Louis and Warren counties.
“Our team is steadfastly committed to expanding access to and raising awareness of the availability of quality hospice care for those who qualify,” said George Dohm, executive director of Compassus – St. Louis. “It is our goal to provide the greatest possible comfort and support to patients and families in St. Louis.”
